We ask for a one-time deposit of £150 to kickstart planning your dream trip. Learn more below.
Deposit purpose
The initial deposit of £150 allows us to prioritise your trip planning and work with you one-to-one from start to finish.
The deposit covers the average 10-15 hours needed to plan a one-week trip, including logistics and refining itineraries to match your preferences, ensuring our time is covered.
However, the deposit is not a separate or additional fee to your trip costs as it counts towards the overall price of your holiday. This ensures that it serves as an investment in your travel experience.
The process
1. Complete the above form to share your holiday preferences & plans.
2. Your designated Halal Travel Designer will be in touch to go over your plans, ensuring alignment. They will then assess whether we can meet your travel preferences & budget.
3. If we are a match, your Halal Travel Designer will share with you a deposit payment link prior to initiating the trip planning process.
Fine print
Your deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with booking your trip with us. However, if you choose to move forward with booking, the deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your trip.
Your deposit includes up to four itinerary revisions to ensure your trip meets your expectations. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
